We tend to glamorize the role of leader
and it is rewarding...however, it's not all cotton candy and
lollipops. It can be even more important to hone your
leadership skills when it's personal and, quite frankly, nothing is
more personal than leading your own company. This week's
guest, Pete Reitano, is uniquely qualified to share some strategies
with us on the tribulations and triumphs of leading your team when
it is your own business (and he's done it more than
once). He shares, quite honestly, some of the lessons he's
had to learn and how he used that learning to catapult his team to
the next level when the opportunity came again. Turn the
volume up and get ready to get WOWED by this incredibly smart
leader!
