Rules are meant to be broken!  I know it's not something you heard from your Mom but I know that's something you've heard along the way (I know I have).  For me, as an Unconventional Leader, life is about looking at things (and doing things) against the norm and I know that's how you look at things as well.

You're in luck because this week on the show, I talk with the Chief Rule Breaker, Todd Palmer.  I really felt a kindred spirit with Todd going into this interview and solidified that thought during the course of our conversation.  We talk about recruiting, retention and how failing forward might be counterintuitive but something that is essential to our long term success.  CHEERS!
